The bridge was tagged again, on the west base, south side, with a rival gang symbol. I saw this a few days ago, been meaning to update this. I think the town of Malta has lost the battle to stop the gangs from moving in. Where I live, they gain more ground every day, and even when they are arrested, they are back on the street in 24 hours, dealing again. And in the mean time, others take up the slack. Truly sad. I am looking this week for a new place to live. I just can't take the risk any more. Drugs and guns, something really bad is going to happen, and I don't want to get caught in the cross fire.
