When are people going to clean up after their dogs?? Saw one guy this morning in the PACI school yard watch his dog do it's business & he left it there. There are children that play sccoer and baseball there. Why do they have to play with doggy doo!! He only lives across the street from the school and there are two garbage cans in the yard for him to put the doggy doo into. Some people just don't have any respect for other's property!
