I live on the west end of Avon Rd and we have the same problems there. We have children that ride bikes and scooters on that road and there are a lot of stray cats around and I am worried that one of the kids or animals could be hit. There are no speed limit signs posted that I saw. I just moved in not long ago and I didn't even know what the speed limit was until I read this post. Even though I didn't know the limit I still drive slowly up the road. I am assuming that since E Avon belongs to chester, W Avon does also? I don't understand that at all. Why do parkside police patrol a street that doesn't belong to them? Why do we have a brookhaven zip but belong to chester, makes no sense at all??
