Overhanging limb: one of my neighbors had a broken limb in a pine tree during the July microburst. It's a large branch that overhangs the street (cul de sac) and is a potential hazard for children playing beneath or near it as well as parked cars. Can txt you a picture of it - can't figure out how to upload to Internet at this point. What role does your department have in matters like this?
