Abandoned house at 942 Pearl has cut down tree branches that have been sitting in the alley for over a month! I called Hammond Public Works to inform them on 8/25/15. The lady told me since the house was abandoned it needs a special pick up and she would put in a ticket for it!! This Tuesday will be 2 weeks since I called and funny that a tree chipper machine drove down my block today?????
