There is a major subterranean termite issue in the multiple-unit condo building I live in. I am renting and have no rights with the HOA and the owners that own my unit live in Canada and show no concern for the living conditions. I brought a pest issue to their attention at the end of May. July 6th a pest control company was sent to determine the problem. I was told it was a really bad infestation and it needed to be taken care of immediately and tenting was the only way to solve the problem. As of September 3rd there has not even been an attempt to temporarily treat the unit or anything. The problem is so bad that they are in my bed and I have to shake termites out of my shoes before I wear them daily. The attached image shows the amount of termites that come out of one shoe to give a better idea of the issue.
