I have notified Solid Waste Services. When they have had a chance to respond I will update this issue.

I have reported this to our Solid Waste Services Department. Sometimes crews cannot complete their entire routes in a day. In that case please leave the waste on the curb and the crews will return first thing in the morning to complete the route. You can also report missed collections directly to the Solid Waste Services Department using our online service request form:

Our Assistant Director of SWS was out to the location today and did not find anything to collect. Please put your yard waste out again on your pickup day this week. If for any reason it is not collected again, please contact Phillip White directly (phillip.white@raleighnc.gov)
