Description
Second request for City follow up:
Large piles of construction debris are GROWING in the backyard at this long-term vacant home. Debris is visible from the street and will be an embarrassment to ghe city and Palmer Woods when hundreds participate in a 5K Walk/Run on Sat Sept 12th. Please follow up with stronger action to address this blight.

Thanks for the update but it's disappointing that the file is now closed.
I do have some key questions that I and others who monitor blight in our neighborhoods would appreciate knowing:
1) How much is the fine for this violation?
2) Is the fine for a second violation (or repeated violations) more than the original?
3) How long does the property owner have to clean up the debris? This is important information since I assume that if the debris is not cleaned up within the time frame that the City demands, I can file another complaint.
