I do have some key questions that I and others who monitor blight in our neighborhoods would appreciate knowing:

1) How much is the fine for this violation?

2) Is the fine for a second violation (or repeated violations) more than the original?

3) How long does the property owner have to clean up the debris? This is important information since I assume that if the debris is not cleaned up within the time frame that the City demands, I can file another complaint.

I understand the frustration of the citizen and wonder if you can provide any guidance on further steps they can take regarding this matter
