This neighbor has been monitoring activity and keeping online neighbors informed of the alarming amount of activity late at night. Posting flyers helps neighbors who are not on line to remember to remove valuables and lick their vehicles.

The Right-of-way Management Inspector for your area apologizes that your fliers were torn down and suggest that either you Jeff or the Fan District President Ms.Coffield or the both of you speak to Andre Williams in the Engineer Permits Division contact number 646-5171. He states a Signage Encroachment Permit can be submitted, a copy of the flier along with a map of where the fliers will be posted. Is it possible to provide a link to this form? I see an Encroachment Application as well as a Sign Permit Application. Both of these appear to be for large signs that may take up space on a building or sidewalk. I am just dealing with a flier stapled to a wooden pole. I have contacted the number above twice to discuss, getting the answering machine both times with no call back.
