East side of ridge at white house and across street from cobblestone court
I've referred this to our Public Works Department. I will update this issue when I have heard back from them. Thanks for reporting.
Sidewalk repairs are paid for through bonds approved by the voters last year. This is now on our list for repair but please be patient as bond resources may not be available until the next fiscal year starting in July. We might be able to get to this sooner, but it is likely to be later in the year. Thanks for your patience.
At this address on Ridge Road, the apron section extends into the SW section of Driveway (DW) solid pour as you can see in the picture. The apron is cracked and raised halfway into where the SW meets the DW. It looks to be caused by tree roots but the tree is not located on the Right-Of-Way (ROW). The private DW coming from the home is level where it meets the ROW. In order for this to be repaired the entire apron would have to be removed and redone. And since the apron is one solid pour through what should have been a SW section in DW this would require replacing the entire DW located on the ROW. The damaged section should be the responsibility of the property owner.
This is done!
