The continual parking of Park Patrons, using center park benches for distributing drugs & illicit usage when going to center are
parking from Clinton Ave, on Grafton ST on
both sides to Matlby ST & on August 31
about 445pm a female in gold Mazda, came
from center of park, & passed out in car with windows closed, slumped over steering wheel & shift in car in EXTREME HEAT 91 DEGREES, called PD ...rang, & rang no answer called 911.
We have SERIOUS QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES ON THE CHATHAM SQUARE PARK, that are NOT BEING ADDRESS.

As promised by PD in prior SCF bout week ago, BENCHES WOULD BE REMOVED, if CONTINUAL DRUG ISSUE, remains in Park, these bences NEED TO BE RELOCATED ASAP, & prior Lts, for years agreed.And this in turn would elimiate LOITERING up thru dusk daily.
