Description

Landlord/owner of property dumped all of his tenant's belongings in the alley on 8/30/2015 between 1 and 3pm. The owner does this EVERY TIME he evicts a tenant. The wind blows the belongings in the alley and makes it impossible to drive through alley. People also pick through these items leaving what they dont want in the alley as well.

Code enforcement needs to be called on this owner!!!!

As a homeowner on this block and someone who uses the alley daily to park off the street the city needs to do something.
