Description
Buchanan park in English Village has several deep holes in the mulch surrounding the playground equipment. They are several inches deep so pose a hazard to anyone who accidentally steps in them. There is also a rectangular piece (about 1" x 3") cut from a metal pole near the baby slides that has very sharp jagged edges and needs filing or covering with something to prevent a child cutting their hand,
