Description
This is a property that is vacant and I constantly see crack heads on this block of Blaine between Dexter and wildemere going straight from the crack dealer to this house , as I was sitting in my car parked out front while my grass was being cut . the crackhead was actually walking down the block about to smoke the crack out in the open ,then as he looked me in my eyes , he then shot straight over to this vacant house and I assumed used his drugs inside the vacant house . It is will concealed for them to do so ...this property needs to be torn down and those trees need to be cut please . thank you a concerned neighbor
