Description

The overgrown weeds in the backyard o 2505 I Street NW fill the whole back yard and are over six feet tall. They are a breeding ground for rats which a serious problem in the neighborhood. The front yard is also unkempt and one of the windows are boarded up. The house appears to be inhabited by vagrants.
