Description

There are an estimated 75 bags of yard waste outside the Transfer Station entrance, and the pile grows daily. DPW has placed a nice explanatory "closed" sign at the entrance (which you can only read if you get out of your vehicle), but what might work better is a giant plywood sign with spray-painted letters, NO DUMPING. Thank you.
