Description

There has been an increasing amount of flooding of my property from water coming off the street. Water flow has increased is so strong that it has stripped away the pavement. The landscape timbers in the picture were originally half way covered by pavement; they are now above street level. There is only one storm drain in the area downhill from my property and during even moderate storms, water comes over my property before getting to the storm drain.
