This has happened to me before as well. Had to turn right on red, then left, left, and right again to get to Brook. I don't go this way anymore because of this isue. Also, the left turn signal from Laburnum onto Brook still only lasts long enough for 2 or 3 cars to get through, backing up traffic on Laburnum at rush hour. I've reported that issue twice in the past.

I've also called 311 & Traffic Engineering almost a dozen times over the past year about the same problem of short green lights at Chamberlayne & Brookland Park Blvd., @gisforgroovy. I finally got a response last week after call number nine or ten. Apparently, it's been found to be functioning properly, but again this week, the light lets only one to three cars through on green. So frustrating to sit through five or six greens at rush hour!
