Description

Traffic lights on this intersection have been partially covered with graffiti. The lights are still visible, hence I'm not calling the emergency line, but they should be fixed. The one in the photo is in the south side of Stanford, west side of Market. I couldn't see the street level lights in other directions, but all the posts have been graffitied as well.
