As someone who lives literally within a stone's throw of this 'establishment,' I - and many others DO NOT want to see this place in business. To be quite honest, a lot of neighbors were upset when this place 'reopened' under the auspice of a different name - NOT that of Larry Livingston.

Keeping an business open in this neighborhood is needed for revitalization - but not a bar!

The area of newhallville is for residential properties. Why can't this man move his business else where? Downtown will be a good spot where all the other bars are.

We need restaurants, ( home style )laundrymats... Maybe a Tailor or Shoerepair NOT a Bar in Our Neighborhood :-)
