Description

13400 South West of Bangerter Highway has three lanes going both directions (East and West). The Southern most lane on the Eastbound lanes doesn't get used as much because the lane (although there) is painted over with stripes and closed to through traffic once you approach the light at the section marked on this map and in the attached image. This makes it a nearly useless lane since the other two lanes get so backed up with traffic at the light that you're considered pretty rude to use it and then try and cut in at the light. Very few cars turn right (South) at that light so the lane becomes very underused. This lane would normally be a high traffic lane because it feeds right into Bangerter Highway after this small intersection and has a right lane that's continuous and where you don't need to stop. It would be a VERY SIMPLE and cheap fix to remove the stripes on the road, and allow all three lanes to be through lanes at the intersection. Please see attached image for more detail. Thanks
