Description

I waited to turn off of Hayes, on to 9 mile, sitting at a red light. Criss traffic stopped for a brief moment. The pedestrian light changed to "don't walk". But only for a brief second. The light for Hayes stayed red, and 9 mile turned green again. Even the pedestrian waiting to cross 9 mile was confused. This is the second time it has happened. The red light for Hayes is already ridiculous long and the green light ridiculously short. But not having a green light at all is going to cause an accident.
