Description

owner has a very aggressive female pit bull, and her pup (pup has much better temperament). he has a gate that is about 3-4 foot tall. i was leaving my fenced backyard and had my 2 dogs on their leashes. the pup jumped the 3-4 ft fence, came into my yard and tried to jump on my dogs (playfully). the mother then jumped the fence and tried to attack my two leashed dogs, so i kicked her away. for the year i have lived at this home, she has attempted to jump the fence, growl, and tried to bite me through the fence when i've been working in my yard. i don't know what can be done, but attacking my dog, on my property, is unacceptable, and it is a chore for me to get to my trash can on the side of the building for fear she will jump the fence again to attack. the neighbor is attempting to erect (without a permit) a taller fence, and i have a filed a separate complaint. you will see the existing fence in the picture. i have video of her aggressive behavior through the fence as well.
