This area is constantly covered in graffiti, trash, weed/plant overgrowth, homeless people camping on sidewalks. This Aqua Skin and Day Spa business located at 250 - 12th St and the adjacent parking lot need to be better monitored and cleaned up - as well as the Parking Concepts Inc. (PCI) Public Parking lot at the corner of 13th St & Alice St.
