The timeframe for repair of these lights is usually completed within 3 business days. If, however, there is an underground problem, it may take longer to repair as digging and repair of underground cable may be necessary. If this is true, we will place a yellow tag on the light noting that this is the case. For your records, please retain the following streetlight outage confirmation numbers.
