The tree infront of 2907 East Broad is actively dying. Over half is dead. Larger branches (3 to 4 inches in diameter) are falling on cars and the sidewalk. Please have city aborist check it out.

This situation with the dead tree dropping limbs has been formally reported to Richmond Tree Management (Request #20020842915 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
