Serfas Club Drive is being affected by several projects including the 91 Widening, Foothill Westerly Extension, the Thomas Ranch Development at Palisades and other City and County projects. The ultimate plan will include the realignment of Frontage Road which the 91 project is nearing the completion of now, the construction of a signal at Rancho Corona by the City of Corona, and the construction of a traffic signal at Monterey Peninsula by the County of Riverside. The new Frontage Road intersection will be located very close to Pine Crest which will be signalized as one combined traffic signal. When complete, all traffic signals will be interconnected to the City of Corona's Advanced Traffic Management System. The traffic signals will be synchronized but please keep in mind that if the majority of traffic is trying to access a congested freeway, no amount of improvement will be able to decrease your delay.
