Description

Six foot unprotected drop within 10-15 yards of playground frequented by toddlers and preschoolers. It is a flat surface with grass between playground and fall (top of retaining wall). Our toddler has run over several times not realizing the severity of the potential fall. Drops onto concrete sidewalk below.

A fence should be added. There are some areas with shrubs but that hides the danger since our kids, like most, find shrubs fun to climb through.

This is an unacceptable safety condition and a major liability for the park.
