This is an ongoing problem. I don't understand why this doesn't get fixed quicker as there are city workers or contractors in this area constantly!! You can't expect private property or business owners to removed graffiti quickly if the city doesn't do there removal asap. Show by example, or should the people of Red Deer start fining the city for not removing their reported graffiti in a timely manner?
