Description

The left turn indicator on Gorman turning onto Thistledown Dr. has the ability to have a green left turn arrow. When not green it has the ability to blink yellow still allowing for vehicles to turn left. For some reason at certain times of the day the light remains a red left turn light even though it is green to go straight. The light seems like it was included for the specific purpose of allowing cars to turn left when no cars are coming in the other direction. It seems like the timing or some switch is off for it to go back to a red arrow instead of the blinking yellow light.
