So this is something the city just never does anything about. There is a garbage inspector I think it Charlotte peoples. But they just refuse to do their basic job function. We want to spend $1 million per Ward on blight. This is flight. It would cost the city nothing more than what we already spend on salaries. I believe that our garbage inspector either lack the motivation for the basic competence to continue doing their job.

They are not asking for a new cart.

They are asking that you send out the inspectors and enforce the code. They are leaving the cans on the sidewalk.

8/30/2015 Request has been referred to the Inspection Office for investigation.

Inspector has checked on this and no carts were found to be in violation.
