Description
i got a ticket at 428 on may 21 on bradley st, not knowing the meter wasn't working because it wasn't covered, i put money in for 2 hours and when i came out, i had a ticket which i shouldn't have to pay

If a parking meter is broken - you would not be able to add any time. A covered parking meter indicates that somone has paid the city to use that parking space(s) for a period of time - typically for an event or for some type of construction occurring at that location.
