POLICE PLEASE TICKET
Not sure why, but whomever drives the Gray Altima continues to feel the entitlement to park on the no-parking block of Court Street. Everybody else has to park on Academy, Greene, Wooster Place or Chapel, but this person seems to think that they're special. It's unseemly and selfish. Please be a good neighbor.
