Green Pontiac no tags, missing headlight, open window, has been moved by car dealer to block of Essex between Garland and north avenue. Car dealer is illegally parking cars on our neighborhood streets without tags. This has been going on for months. We keep reporting the cars over and over and he just moves them one block to avoid getting towed by the city. Please permanently stop this!
