No. You should open this with the NCDOT. Why would anyone think that "this area" is not maintained by the CoR? It's in DOWNTOWN RALEIGH.

If a road is maintained by NCDOT.......then the City of Raleigh can't do anything about it. You should contact the Wake County NCDOT maintenance facility to get the pothole filled: https://apps.dot.state.nc.us/dot/directory/authenticated/UnitPage.aspx?id=12689

Current GIS technology should enable highlighting the SCF map to indicate which streets Raleigh does not maintain. This would save time to both the reporter and Verified City Officials, not to mention us bystanders who are despondent at receiving 'closed' notifications.

I must say that Blount St. is a mess and an embarrassment to the City so I believe the City should be pressuring the NCDOT and stop passing the buck...
