Description

GANG OF MIX RACE MALES BEATING ONE ANOTHER WITH BASEBALL BATS BY PINE ALLEY SIGN on Grafton ST.

At 10 PM 8-24-2015 2 black hondas stopped in middle of street before Pine Alley on Grafton ST & exited vechicles, & started beating one another with bats, called New Haven PD to report & whatever the event was supposed to prove, they left prior to authoritys arrival.

Better Policing & Enforcement of Curfew of Public Park needs to be enforced for residents safty here.

These individuals apparently had something to settle, & the residents here DO NOT, want to be involved, or see this from inside there homes.

The Quality Of Life with this Park & what negative impact it brings to this Neighborhood needs to be addressed ASAP.

IT HAS BECOME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE LIVING HERE with the continual loitering, drinking, & drug dealing, & now unneeded violance & efforts & measures taken by residents to improve neighborhood will not work without Police Departments daily help & regular patroling.

Only solution, if City Departments continue to fail existing residents here like what has been going on in this neighborhood for the past several years, is to move to a city that keeps its neighborhods safe, so they may have a decent quality of life, since it has deteriorated in this entire area of Fair Haven.
