Is this really how this system is designed to work? Someone reports an issue gets a stock reply and three YEARS later they get another response telling them the issue is in line? Not impressed.

took a closer look at the tree after that recent ice storm. The large branch extending from the tree appears to be rotting, turning green and some parts of it seem to be hollow. I think the large limb will fall at any time. This tree issue is three years old and needs to be dealt with in the very near future. Are you going to wait till the tree falls causing damage to my house, my vehicle or some one passing under it ????

I have complained about this tree for 3 years. I can remember once when I encountered someone from the city doing a survey of the tree, he agreed with me that the tree was decayed with something. Part of the tree is rotted with limbs turning green from ROT. These rotted limbs are hanging over the sidewalk and the street. I have seen kids try to jump up to swing of the limbs
