My name is Dave McCarthy. I'm writing to request permission to purchase a park bench and memorial plaque to be placed at Capitol Hills Golf Course in memory of my friend Kevin Bentley who passed away last month.He was an avid golfer and proud city resident who frequented the course often over many years.I spoke with superintendant Scott Gallup and he told me this E-mail was the first step needed. I hope to proceed with this project and send pictures to his brothers and daughter.
