Why was it closed? Is it ok to park in a zoned location without a parking sticker? If so, why do I pay for one? Closing the issue without a word of explanation is not helpful. If this car remains in this spot much longer -- unticketed -- you can expect it to be reported again.

The car appears to lack a front plate. This is also a violation since DC, MD and VA require a front and back license plate.

I don't know why they closed it. Sometimes cases submitted to see-click-fix don't properly transition to the City's 3-1-1 interface. I've submitted cases where the s-c-f address was completely different from what the City captured in its system.

Also, one of the Parking Enforcement officers in the neighborhood is very friendly with neighbors and refuses to write up infractions in some cases "out of courtesy." Such as parking in front of a "no parking ever" sign. Odd. Good luck.

Another neighbor just reported this... now going on three weeks, and no enforcement.
