Description

As the photo shows, nearly half the width of the sidewalk has been rendered unusable. East side of Essex Ave., just north of Price.

Those bushes are routinely unkempt and need to be trimmed.

Seems better these days. Still, property owners all around Narberth should be aware that hedges should be planted away from the sidewalk, not flush with the sidewalk edge.
