Description

Since Early Friday morning pile if rotting food and food containers left in front of Brookdale Park Rec Center. Looks like entire contents of fridge. I think I see a whole packaged Turkey in there. I reported yesterday but for some reason "category" is missing from app so I'm not sure where that post went. City of Oakland never acknowledged it. This is a health hazard. Odor is bad, really bad. Stay clear. Who does this? In front of playground?
