Description
At this intersection, northbound traffic on 15th NE will get the left-turn-green arrow by itself. However, there's no left turn lane so, if the first car is NOT turning, we all sit until the solid green light comes on. Very seldom do the arrow and light come on together (maybe during rush hour?). It would expedite traffic if both the arrow and the green came on simultaneously. This intersection has become an aggravant for most cars.
