If you are asking the readers of this forum to drive over and "clean up the property" don't hold your breath. If there is a house on the property, I am assuming no one lives there. Take a leadership role and take your lawn mower over there and cut the grass. As you are able cut down shrubs and junk trees. Ask the neighbor on the other side or in back of the property to help. It takes a village to accomplish any mutual task. You could try to find out who owns it and send them a bill but I have a feeling it has been abandoned and the city has taken back the property.

I have tried my best with my equipment to help out next door but it is too dense for anything I got. So it's not about taking a leadership role to get it done it's about getting somebody over here with the right equipment to handle it. It takes a village to accomplish any mutual task, yea that sounds good but when you're over 60 years old with a bad back and your neighbors(villagers) are older than you then that is not a simple mutual task for my surrounding village.
