Rickprag, while I pass this building and agree with you, as a US Navy Commander with 19 years in so far, I can tell you it will not get fixed by reporting it in SeeClickFix. The reasons are varied, but unlike City issues like potholes, USCG is funded by Department of Homeland Security and lives and to foot. If the building is going to get cleaned and painted it is going to be every 10-20 years. I would actually report this by calling their Commanding Officer and commenting on it. He may be able to use your interest to apply some pressure!
