There is an existing basin at the intersection which is draining properly. This appears to be a grading issue with the street.

This work was performed by a private contractor years ago. The City is aware of the drainage issue and is looking into ways to resolve this. Thank you for your patience as we review our options.

This issue has persisted for over 5 years. The city failed to provide adequate oversight on the project and apply basic engineering, water runs downhill. This situation is a particular hazard in winter when the water freezes. The city needs to do more than look into ways to resolve this. It needs to take action ASAP.
