Description
ARCO gas station at 3400 San Pablo Ave Oakland, CA 94608 have lots of garbage by the Air and water pump. Gas station. owner in the past 2.5 years dumped garbage in the street from his property and blocked the public sidewalk. Please fine the gas station owner until he cleans the garbage. He usually waits a month until this is mountain then dumps to street. I have seen him do it and filled the witness formed before.
