Description
Individuals frequenting Highland Creole Cuisine are parking illegally on the corner and dumping their garbage onto the street after eating in their cars. I walked by someone throwing a half-empty Pepsi bottle into the street. I looked over and shook my head and the woman yelled "YOU GOT A PROBLEM?" out the car window. We all have a problem - can we get a Waste Bin installed on the corner in front of their restaurant or can the city ask the owner to ask customers to respect the neighborhood?
