At the intersection of Main st and E Grand blvd, cars and trucks are blocking the intersection that are traving on N. Main street whenn the lights turn red. Request the police monitor the corner and issue citations. Following are the details.. On a single incident there was a big rig truck turning left from E. Grand onto N. Main and block the flow of traffic in all directions due to the red light. Then immediately after he went through on the green light several cars heading N. on main street blocked the same intersection waiting for the light to turn greenn again. I was on Grand heading east attempting to cross main st and missed one green light due to the big rig and had to maneuver into another lane to avoid hitting the car.which risked an accident.
