Ashton Hall has experienced 'ORANGE' and smelly' water coming from our tub faucets this week (10-27-15) which is a couple blocks away from above location; Plumber said it was indicative of water main leak/break.

Issue remains unresolved. System limits on type of issues to report is perhaps misleading. This is a heaved up storm inlet that is not functioning. Standing water perhaps indicates underground waterline issue causing the upheaval.

I'm beginning to think City pays no attention to SeeClickFix. At inception those posting would get agency comments on resolutions. No more.

This issue may be minor but I assume there is failure of water line or storm sewer below this area.
