The owner of this property (slumlord John Lawall), has yet again rented the second floor apartment to junkies and drunks. The guy that lives on the second floor there was just out on the step nodding off from a drug induced stupor.
Add these scumbag junkies to the crack heads he has living on the first floor (and squatting in make shift rooms in the basement) makes this one duplex we could do without on this block! Maybe the slumlord John Lawall (yes, from the Lawall family business on Frankford ave.) should take this rag tag group of junkies and crackheads up to his own Washington's Crossing neighborhood and see how his neighbors like it!
